All refrigeration system and digital control system is top mounted. Metallic insulated outer door with full-length magnetic gasket for proper sealing with lock and key. One porthole with rubber bush closer. Two trays with adjustable shelf. Positive forced air circulation maintains temperature uniformity at all shelf levels. High density CFC free insulation protects cabinet from ambient temperature fluctuations and minimizes cost of operations. In non-GMP models Stainless steel 304 inner and outer mild steel with powder paint finish. In GMP model Stainless Steel 316 inner and outer stainless steel 304. GMP models with IQ, OQ, PQ & DQ documentation. Heavy-duty and higher capacity industrial grade hermetically sealed air-cooled Kirloskar Copeland make compressor coupled with forced air evaporation system. Temperature range: 10 oC to 60 oC. +/- 0.5 oC with and humidity range 40% to 95%.

Safety time delay built in overload protection for compressors, safety fuse for mains & compressors. Safety thermostat.

CONTROL System

Imported Microprocessor based CE approved PID controller with direct display of SET and PROCESS value of temperature and humidity with Centronic interface for keeping hard copies of Date, Time, Temp. & Humidity (Set value and actual value) on 80 Col. dot matrix printer without printer. The control panel consists of circuit breaker for mains, dry heater, wet heater and compressor with indication lamps. Non-volatile memory to allow chamber to return to original set point when power is restored, in the event of power failure. Sensor: PT-100 for temperature and for humidity PT-100 with wick, cup & water.
